ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA receive COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING.
Orders typically require between 1-2 business days to be processed. Within this time period the customer will receive an email, confirming that the order has been successfully processed. Please note that weekends and holidays are excluded from processing times.
Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to shipping any order. Please note that credit card authorization can sometimes require up to 24 hours for approval. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. The customer will be notified by email regarding back ordered items and/or expected delays. salty kisses will deploy a follow-up email if the merchandise selected is currently out of stock, or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Weekends + Holidays
Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.
Orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders typically arrive within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays).
We provide a 14-day return policy during which a customer may return an item that is undamaged, unworn, unwashed and unused with any tags still attached. All orders require a Return Authorization number from salty kisses. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization number, and please include the following information: customer name, purchase date, order number, reason for return and if you are requesting an exchange, website credit or refund.
- Item(s) are valid for return up to 14 calendar days from the date the customer receives the item.
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused and in new condition.
- If the item arrives with tags on it, then the item must be returned with original tags still attached.
- Accessories +/or home decor items must be returned unopened in their original packaging. If the seal is open or tag/packaging is removed, the items are not returnable.
- Any damaged item must be reported within 5 calendar days of receiving the merchandise or cannot be returned.
- Gift cards, cosmetics, intimates, bras, camisoles, slips, tights and socks are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
- Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume or similar product stains will be shipped back to the customer and are subject to additional shipping costs.
- Shipping charges are not reimbursed for returned purchases.
- Original shipping is not refundable.
- Any returned packages that arrive COD may be denied or the COD amount will be deducted from the customer's return.
- Returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Please remember to email email@example.com to request a RA # and clearly include: customer name, purchase date, order number, reason for return and if you are requesting an exchange, website credit or refund.
- If your return successfully meets inspection, you may receive an exchange, website credit or refund issued back to the original form of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 10-15 business days of receiving the customer's return. We will deploy an email confirmation when the return has been received and the refund has been issued.
Refused or Undeliverable Packages
Refused or undeliverable packages are subject to return shipping costs that vary via shipping method used in the original order. Should a customer opt to not have an order re-delivered, we can refund the customer the cost of the items. However, the original shipping cost and the undeliverable charge from the carrier will be deducted from the refund in addition to a 25% restocking fee.
Changing or Canceling an Order
Should a customer need to make any changes to an order, please call our HQ offices immediately after executing your purchase. Please note that once an order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of an order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.
